RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If you change your mind and decide to return your product to us please keep your delivery receipt documentation, as we might request a copy.
To arrange for a return, please notify us by email, then simply contact a trackble shippind service like DHL or Fedex to arrange for a return to the follwing address:

Kindly please note that you, the customer, will have to bear the courier costs for the returned products.

Please include the original purchase receipt inside the box, together with the certificate of authenticity.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags, labels and stickers intact. If one of these conditions are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund and the item(s) will be sent back to you. You will be required to pay for the costs of sending the item(s) back to you.

The funds for the refund will be processed in the same way as the one originally used by you for the initial purchase of the item(s). Please allow enough refund processing time between banking institutions until you see a credit notification in your account. Please note that return costs will be deducted from the refund amount you are due back.

Returned items cannot be replaced or exchanged with other items. Should you wish to buy another item through our e-shop, a new order must be placed and a new payment must be made.

f your order has been sent to a destination within the EU all sales taxes will be refunded.
If your order has been sent to destination outside EU, sales taxes and import duties, export and any other handling charges will not be refunded through Elena Syraka.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel the order within 24 hours that you have placed under the condition that the order has not been executed yet. If you wish to cancel the order you will have to contact Elena Syraka LTD. by sending an email at the following address [email protected].

If the order has not been processed yet, no charges will apply for cancelling the order.

Elena Syraka LTD reserves the right to cancel the order for reasons of force majeure or other reason that may occur in relation to the Buyer such as inability to pay the amount owed, false delivery address, or other reasons which refer to the internal operation of Elena Syraka LTD such as withdrawal of specific products, product shortage.
