This e-shop/ website belongs to and is operated by Elena Syraka LTD, a company registered at the local Chamber of Commerce under General Electronic Commercial Registry (G.E.MI) Number 87198902000 (hereinafter the Company). The present terms and conditions of sale shall apply to any person(s) visiting the website / e-shop with the intention to browse or buy products (hereinafter the Customer) from the website elenasyraka.com (hereinafter the Website).
The terms and conditions of sale and services are available on elenasyraka.com and can be amended and/or updated at any time without prior notice, thus, you are advised to check the Terms of Use & Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.
You may purchase an item either as a registered user after creating an account or as a visitor/guest.

PRODUCT PRICES
prices quoted are subject to change without notice at any time prior to Elena Syraka LTD acceptance of the order/the purchase.
You are asked to check the final price of sale before sending the order. The prices include all taxes (including statutory VAT), unless otherwise mentioned at the website, the prices include, also the delivery charge.
All prices on the website are in Euro.
Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a product display of the colors, accurately reflects the color of the products. This Site is provided solely for your personal use. You are not allowed to use this Site for any commercial purpose.

REPAIRS
our products are send to you in perfect condition but as they are all handmade, it is possible that some natural wear might occur
over time. To cover all eventualities, we offer a one year free return and repair service,
if your item loses its original shape or appearance, due to craftsmanship or original material issues.
This one year period is calculated from the date shown on the purchase receipt of the product.
For repairs due to other damage or mistreatment or mishandling of the jewellery, please fill the return form for information.
In this case, all shipment and return costs will be covered by you (the Customer).
The present policy covers only the items purchased through this e-shop.

ORDERS
When you place your order and your payment has been successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is received by us, we aim to dispatch it within 15 – 20 days. The products become available upon your request/order. disptch varies according to the times of production.
To avoid any misunderstanding about product availability, please check carefully the product’s availability details and return policy before you place your order.
Once your order has been picked up by our courier partners, they will also get in touch to let you know your order is on its way. Depending on the destination, delivery might take between two to five business days. In case of delays, please notify us and we will take the issue up directly with the courier company.

DHL SHIPPING
All our deliveries are handled by DHL and take 2-5 business days depending on the final destination point. As the deliveries are handled by external partners, delivery times are just estimations and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Company.
DHL send notifications to the customers about shipping details and tracking without any additional charges.
In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order without being charged and you will be refunded.
Order placed on national holidays or weekends, will be processed on the following working day
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
We ship our jewelry fully insured, with DHL both domestic and international.
Orders delivered within the EU will be charged Greek VAT (sales tax.)
To all EU destinations DDP,we cover the insurance of the goods. The product prices as indicated include shipping and all applicable taxes.
To non EU destinations DDP, Australia, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, UAE, USA, we cover the insurance of the goods. The product prices as indicated include shipping and all applicable taxes (duties and sales tax). However, customs duties, handling charges and any applicable taxes will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
To all other destinations DDU Rest of the world, we cover the insurance of the goods. The product prices as indicated are exclusive of taxes and customs duties. Please note that the delivery carrier will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country. Customs duties, import sales taxes, export and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes as indicated above.
Please note that in the countries served as DDU we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorityfor further information before placing your order.
If your order is returned to Elena Syraka because the carrier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

PAYMENT METHODS
You may purchase the product either by credit, debit card and PayPal.
In case the amount is paid via credit card or debit card or online banking or prepaid card: you agree to pay in full the amount for any purchases you make either by credit/debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means.
Once your payment has been processed and received by us, we will notify you by email and confirm your order.
The Company uses secure financial transaction systems in collaboration with official financial institutions.
